Made-to-order jewelry is eligible for exchanges or store credit, while in-stock jewelry can be returned or exchanged.
Orders valued $500+ USD may require a signature upon delivery.
Unfortunately, at the moment, we are unable to ship to PO boxes, hotels, or military bases.
All international orders may be subject to delays during peak seasons, including holidays.
Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes on their order depending on the country in which they reside. You may contact your customs office for additional information.
There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately are beyond our control.
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Camille Eddera is also a certified gemologist. She graduated top of her class at the ING, the National Institute Of Gemology in Paris, France.
She searches the world for the best gems, so you don't have to. Our colored gemstones come from all over the globe, including Jaipur in India, Thailand, and Sri Lanka.
Just like mined diamonds, not all lab diamonds are grown or cut perfectly. That’s why Camille hand-selects the best lab-grown rocks herself. Our sustainable diamond collection features only stones of the colors D, E, and F (the whitest possible), with very good clarity and excellent cut.
We also offer GIA or IGI certificate for any diamond above 1 carat.
